Please note that TRC Data Recovery Ltd is no longer operating from Security House and is not the company I or other investors were hold it would be . Mike has left TRC and is now based at R3 Data Recovery Ltd along with other engineers from ABC, HDDLab, LC Tech who make up the R3 team. Andy TRC Shareholder Recovery in the last week As primary investor of cash and shareholder in TRC Data Recovery Ltd I should be able to leave a positive review but I cannot, having realised the engineer and its Director has lied to and stolen and from not only his employers and investors but also from his clients. To learn that the company as lost over £50,000 in its first 2 years and continues to use stolen, misappropriated property of our other companies is bad enough. At this time of writing another year of late accounting, misdirection and dishonesty from the Director of TRC - Mr Christopher Sampson has confirmed that TRC was just a vehicle to steal money and assets of others by a professional conman formerly employed by data clinic. Had I known that Mr Sampson was undermining my previous company in order to steal working capital - work in progress and clients built up over many years I would have dealt with the situation I found myself in during ill health and severe injuries differently. After helping so many who have been affected by scams it is of course particularly sickening to learn that your company was infiltrated by a serious professional conman who had no qualms putting his investors and coworkers out of their jobs.t

TRC Data Con
It saddens me to realise that I was conned by the Director of TRC Data Recovery Ltd into investing in the company. He has proven himself to be a liar, and misled his investors in key financial decisions costing us many tens of thousands of pounds. He has also taken assets and renaged on agreements. As a previous customer of TRC Data Recovery Ltd I was forced to take the company to court after its Director lied and took money under false pretences declaring a RAID unrecoverable when it was not. Beware !

A top-notch customer service. I was a bit skeptical, but to show me his good faith; the technician sent me a picture of the data that he was able to recover. Relieved, I let them do the job. Six years of data retrieved safely. Great.

Fantastic Job
Like many people my computer suddenly wouldn't turn on and when it did all I could see was the 'blue screen of death' I took it into a number of data recovery shops and none of them had any joy and seemed to do more harm than good! A friend recommended TRC as they took their laptop in to recover some wedding photos. The minute I arrived the staff were brilliant. They diagnosed my computer in 5 minutes and gave me a time frame and an estimate price on the job. Both these were spot on and they recovered all the date from my computer. Without their service I would of lost everything off my computer which would have been irreplaceable! I would recommend TRC to anyone as the service was fantastic!!! Many Thanks again!

A Superb Service
After I had purchased a new operating system to install on our computer I had left all of the photo's of our 3 children on an external drive and hadn't copied anything back onto the computers drive and, of course, the external drive failed! Ispoke to a number of recovery companies about the problem but found that the team at TRC Data Recovery were the people I wanted to use. From that initial conversation and right the way through the recovery process, they were excellent. The ability to log onto their site and see what was going on meant that we could get an update at any time. The relief felt when we were given the password to go onto the website to see the data recovered, and then see all the pictures there, was huge. A week after sending the failed drive off, a replacement arrived with all the recovered data on it. To be honest, I hope that I won't need a data recovery service again, but if I do, I know the company I would use without question.....TRC. In short, a superb service that I would have no hesitation in recommending to family, friends, colleagues and customers. Well done TRC.

Essential
I have created 1000s of resources, documents and essential data over the last 12 years of teaching, which I had back up onto an external hard drive. To my dismay my hard drive became corrupted and I could not access any of my lessons for that week. To add more stress to my already panic state, my school was due an OFSTED inspection in 2 days times. A colleague recommended TRC Data Recovery Ltd for their swift and attentive service. I spoke to Mike Wainright assured me that I would only be charged if the data can be recovered. I sent my external hard drive by special delivery and by the next day Mike immediately started to recover my data and transfered it onto a new drive. TRC have been amazing in their customer service. I have recommended TRC to my cllogeaues, family and friends. I would recommend your services to my colleagues and friends.

Life Saver
TRC Data Recovery Ltd were an absolute life saver last year. As a start up business we were so conscious of attracting new clients and developing the business, that a back up solution for our shared harddrive was far from our minds - when disaster struck (after only 3 months) and the drive failed with valuable files locked inside, we really hadn't a clue what to do. Fortunately I stumbled across TRC by chance after searching on Google and a quick phonecall to Mike helped to alleviate some of my fears. Mike arranged for the drive to be collected the following day and TRC worked tirelessly to recover the data from the damaged disc. I am pleased to say I now have a backup system firmly in place, but should anyone else find themself in a similar predicament, I certainly know who to recommend.

Great Service
I lost a lot of personal data from a "corrupted" memory stick and found TRC through the internet. I was reassured from my initial conversation with them that my problem was common, but until I received my data back was never sure it could be done. Their service was prompt and efficient, with communication fisrt class all the way through the process, which took less than a week from start to finish. I would not hesitate to recommend Mike and his team to anyone experiencing this problem. Whilst initially I thought it was expensive (around £150) I realised you cannot put a value on the kind of data I thought I'd lost! Great service, from nice people.

The speed and efficiency in how you dealt with the recovery of our data was very impressive indeed, from the first point of contact you assured us that you would deal with our matter as quickly as possible, To say that we were bowled over that you had arranged for our hard drive to be collected within an hour would be an understatement. Reliable recovery
I would echo the above reviews. Really great level of service – kept up-to-date on a regular basis and felt really positive about the whole retrieval process. As it transpired, TRC were able to recover all of my data from a badly degraded hard disk. I was highly delighted, as there were a lot of pictures of my newborn daughter on the disk. As already mentioned, the cost is reasonable, especially against the rates of several local competitors I got in touch with. Would definitely recommend!

TRC recovered my old Mac hard-drive. The service was super-fast, communication with a technician dealing with my issue was excellent (answering emails in 5 mins like a pro!) and the end result was better than expected. The service is priced reasonably, it's not cheap but it's worth every penny. Highly recommended.

Recovery made easy
My company used Mike and his team after one of our Buffalo hard drives completly conked out on us. We had the drive couriered to them (all arranged by them) and we recieved its recovered data on a brand new drive all present and correct! great personal service from the start with emails calls and online login to check whenever I needed to see how they were getting on! Hastle free and easy!
