Worst business ever!
Hired a van from buzz on Saturday when they gave us the van said we would have to go straight to petrol station because it was completely empty even joked about it not making it there. We was meant to take the van back Sunday morning tried to stray it and it wouldn't. We contacted them and they said it's our problem and we would be charged an extra £70 for having it another day after constantly calling they then turned there phone off and ignored our calls. Took 5 hours to finally get the van up and running to take back still got charged £70 even tho it was not our fault at all the customer service is disgusting never witnessed anything like it. There behaviour and attitude is disgusting and will never ever hire from there again and recommend nobody else should !!!!!
