We are a newly developed dog boarding business, and have only been open for boarders since mid-July 2005.
We keep the number of boarders small, and the service run only by the husband and wife proprietors, alllowing extra care and attention to be lavished on your dog.
The EXTRA LARGE kennels are fully tiled (walls and floor), equipped with individual heating, and each kennel has an EXTRA LARGE outside covered run, accessible to the doggy guests all day.
In addition, a grass exercise areas are available to each dog 5 times a day under supervision. The supervision allows a bond to be created with the dog, and its general health and well being to be monitored throughout the day.

Shepherd House Boarding Kennels in Thorne, South Yorkshire is a small family run business. Our business was started in 2005 when our kennel buildings were totally refurbished to enable us to offer the highest quality of care and individual attention to every dog in residence. We have only 11 kennels in operation, and so we are able to provide that extra bit of care for each dog.
