Faulty Tiles

We purchased brand new tiles in 2009 from Total Tiling Products and had them fitted by their tilers. Within 1 year small holes appeared in 28 of the tiles. Over the last few months more holes have developed and many tiles now have extremely large deep holes in them. We contacted them to complain and one of the directors came out to view the tiles after several phone calls. He then stated that he would return to resolve the problem by filling the tiles, (not ideal) however we were then called to say that the cost would be over £400 !! We stated that had anyone explained to us at the time of purchase this problem would happen we would not have purchased them and that we were not going to pay to rectify a problem with Faulty tiles. The director basically laughed at us and said if we did, nt like it, then we should find someone else to do it. Obviously we will never use or recommend Total Tiling Products (TTP) in Darton ever again.
