absolutely terrible from concept to lack of finish.
AVOID. The polarised views on Trust pilot should speak volumes about how this company operates. Having some reservations about ordering a bath over the internet, I Began by ringing customer services to confirm some questions about the bath before placing the order. I was met with incredulously argumentative and curse representative who I found patronising, despite it being evident that she understood little of my actual request. Despite my confusion between what they were advertising and the manufacturers description of the bath, she was insistent that it came with a bath panel included (unique to other sellers). so I place the order. The order predictably went over the estimated delivery time (7-10 days) with an impressive lack of any response from NWB team. They were first made aware of the delay when I rang to ask where my order was. When I chased the order they professionally avoided any attempt to meet their promise to call back or further my request . it was left for me to chase the bath again 3 days later. The advisor expertly ignored and side-lined any concerns that I had about needing the bath on time, recognising the delay or even the inconvenience of having to chase a company for a simple order. She then surpassed expectations by refusing to have a hypothetical conversation about when they may be able to deliver the bath if it were to actually be in stock. Especially useful for all those customers out there who enjoy the suspense of not knowing when their order will arrive, even if it were to be in stock ! I was assured it would come into stock and I would be advised of a delivery date. It came into stock and you guessed it...it was not as described, nor as confirmed by the sales advisor and it didn't have the promised bath panel. By this point I was livid ! (not that they cared) and I cancelled the order. In true nationwide bathrooms style it also appears they may have overlooked my refund and im now facing the joy of chasing this with them, If you love the potential of buying a misrepresented item, sold by a company who patently do not hold stock but believe in quoting delivery dates that are beyond their gift to honour then look no further, You can be assured of an appaulling disregard for customer service and satisfaction, apathy and an impressive lack of knowledge about their wares. unfortunately as I have now cancelled the order, I am only left wondering about their potential to avoid any responsibility for any after sales care. The old saying avoid like the plague...? .Nationwide bathrooms makes be think that that's a bit unfair on the Plague.

Made order told delivery two weeks, this went past rang to see what was happening, was told I would just have to wait did not know when order would come in, no apology, just we don’t know when it will be here. Asked to speak to someone in charge but apparently no one in charge and I would get the same answer who ever I spoke to which was basically we have your money and we do not have any idea when you will get your goods, I have now been waiting three months for my refund because they could not deliver the goods, the complaints procedure is none existent have tried for three months no reply.

Great Price & Service
Id been looking for 2 bathrooms for my new build for a while, i'd been in lots of showrooms and merchants but couldnt get the price i wanted to pay. Nationwide Bathrooms came up trumps!! They dealt with all the companies i had on my shopping list. I emailed asking for an overall quote, which was replied to the same day and was very competitive!! I then phoned to discuss a couple of items and was again impressed to find they had knowledgable staff on the phone line. I placed my order with them, asking for 2 deliveries as i couldnt really store 2 bathrooms, they agreed but still i only had one delivery charge. All my goods where delivered at a pre arranged time by their own driver. Order was complete and intact. I would highly recommend this company

Fab Prices!!!

Friendly and at a good price
After weeks of trawling local bathroom retailers and online we came across Nationwide Bathrooms who's prices were far cheaper than anywhere else. Being a bit reluctant to order online for such a large order we called them up and managed to speak with a really helpful lady who went through our entire order to make sure everything went together. The goods were delivered the following week without problems. Definitely going to use them when we move on to our ensuite later this year.
