I felt that I just had to write to compliment your team. Your engineer came on Friday to fit a new cooler this being the day after I had rung your office to ask for the extra cooler. Cool Coolers have served us very well over the years. The staff are well trained, well turned out, very friendly and extremely helpful. The regular cup order is an excellent service and very flexible. Any problems are dealt with promptly. We appreciate seeing the same service engineer on site; he knows the site well and can be left to follow his routine unaccompanied, he always leaves the site clean and tidy. Thanks again.

Having dealt with Cool Coolers over the past three years I can only speak highly of that. We made a decision to swap our water cooler supplier to Cool Coolers as our previous supplier simply did not perform in terms of customer service and caused endless problems and increased Administration. The level of service provided by Cool Coolers is second to none, as is their very smart looking point of use water cooler. On the rare occasion of something going wrong, the engineer's approach is to put things right quickly, swapping out the machine for a new one if needs be. Cool Coolers are the only supplier our company would consider using in the future.
