Driver left our delivery amongst a pile of parcels on the floor in a public place at 11am despite advice not to do so due to high theft risk. He was unreasonable, barely able or willing to communicate, and borderline aggressive. Appears to be due to poor company training and recruitment, possibly also heavy handed delivery time pressure on driver from local management. This problem which does not happen with several other delivery firms. Advise you to avoid using Yodel if possible - particularly for higher value goods.

MINUS 0ZERO RATING - Package was supposed to be delivered March 7th, got a text saying there was a delay. March 8, 2018. On vehicle for delivery. I tracked this all day. Started with 126 stops away from me. At 6.45pm I got a text saying cannot deliver there is a delay. At this time the driver was 5 stops away from me. I took a screenshot on my computer so they cannot deny it. I guess the driver just decided to go home. This morning March 9th, nothing on their website so I don't know where the package is. I phoned up, got a robot which just said thank you for calling and cut me off. Had it with this Comany, they are worse than useless. I have complained to the seller who shipped the item and sent them the screenshot.

Disgusted, tried to deliver Friday,no in they left a card, rearranged for Saturday delivery, had to pop out for a short while,left a note for driver,to say neighbor would sign for parcel! Needless to say I arrived back found their card saying delivery attempted but no one in return to depot, Useless service from thic company, Don’t use yodel Shame you can’t leave minus stars for service

YEOVIL Yodel meant to deliver between midday and 9pm on AUG 1st. Wife got a text at 7.50pm saying that they are unable to deliver as they cant access the address!!. We are on a main road and the front door is in the front garden. WE WERE IN THE FRONT GARDEN ALL DAY!!! Rang to complain and the woman couldnt have give less of a s*** Only getting 1 star as no option for 0 !!

Missed delivery on Friday as working, had previously messaged them, waited all day Saturday, still no delivery, rebooked on automated service for today, again waited all day, numerous emails sent and phone calls made to dispatch bay, still no delivery. Very angry.

Waited all afternoon as the delivery number order counted down to myself. When 10 away, was told online delivery attempted unsuccessfully. Not true at all, never so much as a sausage came near delivery address. Tried calling - no help, then the predictable auto messages & cut off. Choose a new line of work if this doesn't suit your needs YODEL and save the UK more pain. Maybe try selling vegetarian beef crisps, or run discos in the local graveyard. Sheisters.

Was told it would be delivered New Years Eve between 12 noon and 9 pm. Had better things to do but need the parcel contents so sat watching telly - so I would not miss the door bell. No delivery by 4.30 so checked tracking service to find it stated ' delivered at 12.45' Not to me!! Went to online chat and was told to check with neighbours - which neighbours? There are a lot of them. I was in so why not deliver to correct address - no card left. Wonder if I will ever receive. Will contact the supplier and get them to sort. Very poor service and what a waste time.

The telephone number quoted is not recognised, all other numbers found are either automated numbers, not recognised or "temporarily unavailable" (including the Head Office in Liverpool and Customer Services in Kent). I may have to drive to the Yeovil Branch Office - and miss the repeated delivery of course!

Order from littlewoods on Sat for delivery ties with note for Sri we to leave with neighbour, surprise to find card in my door to say I was out and parcels gone back to depot. Spent 20 mins on phone to their 0800 number explaining that they should of left with neighbour denied all knowledge! Made arrangements to pick up myself only for them to come next day and leave parcel with neighbour but with 1 parcel missing. Rang number just kept cutting me off. Have now contacted supplier to deal with it. ABSOLUTE RUBBISH service avoid at all costs!!!!!!! !

parcel that didn't turn up. wrong reference number. Speak to an answer phones, that cuts you off. No direct phone number that allows you to speak to a person. service none existent

0 rating, parcel arranged for redelivery, received confirmation it would be delivered today as arranged. Surprise surprise where is the parcel still at the depot. What does yodel say, take another day off work, wait in all day so they can deliver. Never dealt with such an unorganized company before, no apology. Would not recommend

I ordered flowers for a very special occasion through Marks and Spencer and requested a Saturday delivery and paid for a saturday Delivery. Surprise surprise by 6PM no flowers yet the tracking order said the flowers had been delivered to the depot at 5.30am Saturday morning. In short I had to go to super market to buy the flowers it looks like they just could not be bothered to come out this far on a Saturday. will never use again.. crap service.

Yodel's delivery driver attempted to deliver today but went to the wrong address and apparently left a card there. Being at work Monday to Friday I cannot schedule redelivery . Nor can I find out. whether it is possible to collect from their Yeovil depot in person or whatever hours it is open. Null points to Yodel for a non-existent service!!!

An order from Sports Direct was made on the Sunday and dispatched the same day for delivery Monday. Great so far! The Yodel driver called when we were out and left a card. I went onto the website and discovered that the earliest redelivery date was Thursday; not satisfactory, but I booked it. They then tried to deliver when we were out on both Tuesday and Wednesday, after which they left a card saying that it had to be collected from the depot! Trying to contact a living person at Yodel was not possible without sitting on a call centre line at 10p a minute. They took the first minute telling you how to deal with them by internet.
