Real Contract Services
At REAL Contract Services we aim to provide the services needed by you to complete any given project. We are proud to be able to vary our level of involvement in your project to meet your needs, we can have as little or as much input as you require.
REAL can act as an individual contractor covering just part of an installation or strip out, or we can act as a package contractor taking full responsibility for project and site management and full delivery to conclusion and handover.
Washrooms
REAL are approved installers of both Amwell and Vanesta washroom systems. We offer a fit only service, supply and fit service and complete strip and refit, our service is totally dependant on what YOU require. We can offer budget range fittings right through to high end glass and SGL, with a variety of floor and wall finishes, dependent on your needs and budget.
General Refurbishment
Full or part refurbishment of your commercial property, inside and Out.
You tell us what you need and we will apply a solution. Whether you are revamping some decorations or reconfiguring a entire office layout, REAL can supply a service second to none.
RETAIL
Our team at REAL have expeience in working in the retail sector with fabric build elements and retail fixtures. As with everything we do we can confirgure our service to you to meet your needs so either working as part of a larger project or completing all works, we have the solution.

Thank you an excellent school toilet refurbishment
REAL Contract Services Ltd did a fantastic refurbishment of a set of school toilets for us. We had tricky requirements but immediately REAL offered a unique solution. The final result was excellent far exceeding our expectations. We require very high standards and REAL gave us the perfect finish. Although the works were completed at timings to suit us REAL personnel and contractors were all very professional, polite accommodating, very, very patient and a great pleasure to work.

Total refurb of toilets
Never used Real before, but would recommend them to anyone considering an installation of this nature. Real are very professional, helpful and have a great team.

Real great help!
Used for first time on £35K cubicle & sanitary-ware project in Somerset. Pricing was spot on & quality was good to. A little stretched in summer holidays but only to be expected with school work. Would definitely not hesitate to use again. Thanks Lee for your help.

The guys at Real were superb all the way through the process , they were accommodating to all of our needs and were courteous and kind to all of our staff members and visitors whilst working in a difficult live office environment.
