Traumatic Experience
lve never been treated as badly as l was in this barbers. l told the guy twice to be more gentle and stop bashing my head with the clippers. Then he nearly burned my forehead when he put the hot dryer on my head l had to argue with him that l dont need hot air ESPECIALLY during a heat wave. l was very unhappy with the final cut worst haircut lve ever had as he shaped the hair around the shape of my head making it look like a pineapple. The boss came over and tried to rectify the cut by cutting more hair off which l pointed out to him didnt make sense, he just ignored that and told me to go to another barber if l wasn't happy. No concept of customer service at all.
