Established in 1997 we are an Independent Letting Agency based in the historic City of Wells in Somerset.

We offer a wide range of properties to let from townhouses and flats to secluded country cottages and country houses.

We use traditional marketing and digital marketing appearing on websites including Rightmove.

We are members of an Ombudsman Scheme, have Client Money Protection (CMP) and have Professional Indemnity Insurance.

Tenants

We aim to provide our tenants with quality accommodation that is most suited to their requirements. For those properties that we manage we will endeavour to ensure your continued satisfaction throughout your tenancy.

We endeavour at all times to appreciate your situation and our service is discreet and personal and our staff are polite and accommodating.
