Staff
Staff made me feel uncomfortable as I realised they made a comment about me amongst themselves as they watching me enter the shop. Felt very unwelcoming. Also a staff was not polite to a customer, and after the customer let, the staff gossiped about the customer, I found this very upsetting to witness. However when I went to purchase my books the staff did say 'please' and 'Thank you'.
