I'd already had 2 people round to quote for my loft conversion and both said it could not be done. ( low headroom and trussed rafters) A friend suggested Gerrard Marshall as he was happy with his work. Gerrard designed a lovely master bedroom with an en-suite shower room. It is the biggest room in a rather small house. The stairs wind over the existing with matching stair parts, it looks as though it was built with the house. The headroom is 7 ft. To say we are delighted is an understatement.
