The post unsupported and corrupted environment anyone would have to work in. Nurses were lovely, management awful!! Absolutely no support, no idea of front line work, lazy, critical, rude, and back stabbing to staff. They say they will help, but truth is they will be ok for a while and then let you drown. Sitting in their offices doing sod all, flirting with staff and not any communication, they will ignore your risks!! They will watch while you burn out and throw you under a bus! Be careful of this prison. Look past the smiles
