Safety netting that meets European Standard En 1263-1

All of the safety netting supplied by Leon de Oro Nets (UK) Ltd comply with the European Stanard En 1263-1 “Safety Netting". Because we a re part of a major European manufacturer we have the benefit of Tecnologia Deportiva's involvement in the development if international standards.
Because of the expertise and capability of Tecnology Deportiva, the company was asked to become a member of the Working Group CEN/TC53/WG7 of the European committee for Standardisation (CEN), the group responsible for the standard.
The European UNE-EN 1263-1 Standard was approved by the said committee in 1997. The standard replaces UNE 81-650 of 1980 and establishes the minimum requirements with which all safety netting must comply within the EU and other territories who belong to the CEN.
The UNE-EN 1263-1 defines four systems of safety netting and the appropriate uses for each of them:
Type S: Safety Net with border rope and dimensions over 35 sqm, the smallest side being over 5m in length, for horizontal use in industrial warehouses, bridges and special works.
Type T: Safety Net fastened to consoles for horizontal use.
The EN 1263-1 standard also establishes the requirements which must be complied with by the ropes used to fasten and join nets, safely.

The Superblotter, (pictured above) the industry standard in water removal, fully CE compliant, British built and supported with a 24 hour parts guarantee. Hydraulicaly lifted transport wheels and low ground pressure. Can be used on grass hard standing or even over water covers. Powered by a petrol powered 25hp Kohler engine as standard with infinately variable ground speed to match all types of conditions. (a Kubota Diesel and LPG Gas are available as an option) Capable of removing 20,000litres of water per hour with one operator. 2m working width. All hydraulic controls.
