Wrong engine sent
Avoid at all cost or else it will be a cost to your pocket and health. I ordered a replacement engine for my VW T5 transporter and they sent a VW golf engine. Sending it without a sump( which they told me they had damaged while taking it out ofthe donor vechile) The receipt showed three items, head, block, and sump each allocated a third if the price £298 each +vat to limit there liability under the 90 days warranty. That's £298 for a part they didn't supply. Fortunately I paid by visa (5% charge) and they said they would credit my account but never did. It took me five months and a lot of paperwork to receive a credit from visa. I hope that visa charges the money out of there account for everything I claim for.

Caveat Emptor - Buyer Beware!
If you buy from these people make sure you photograph every single inch of the part you are getting before it leaves their premises, otherwise they will attempt to refuse the return. I had to take them to court to return my money for an incorrectly supplied part and they then took photos of a different part to try to convince the judge it was damaged. Luckily, the judge threw out their case and laughed at their attempts to hoodwink him. Finally got my money back 5 months later with costs.

Wrong bonnet
A silver bonnet I ordered arrived in blue. I had been sent a photo of the bonnet so was sure it was silver. I was reimbursed immediately and told to try and sell the blue bonnet and send them half of the money back. Very good company to deal with.

Stay away
,if you buy a product from this company be careful because if it does not work or is faulty and you call them to see what they can do for you ..... We'll that works out to be a mouth full from someone on the other end

AVOID
Bought a part for my car from this company, when I recieved it was scratched and damaged, and I was never told the part was in this condition, when I asked the company about it and sent pictures the just dismissed my claim saying it is a used part this 'should be expected' and I could return the part but postage at my expense!!! Not helpful at all.......all I can is AVOID more trouble then it is worth they are only interested in the sale not the customer.

Terrible Company!!
Terrible company!!! Ordered a part for my Audi A3 on a next day delivery, and it didn't arrive for 3 days!! Then received the part only to find out that it was the completely incorrect part!! Phone up to arrange refund and collection / refunding of my postage costs to send it back to them and was told very bluntly by a rude man that they do not refund postage costs. I explained that this was against trading standards as they had sent the INCORRECT PART, but he still refused to pay it!! I'd stay away and try elsewhere for any parts if possible!! Mr Pallas
