Disappointed
After communicating with Pete for just over 3 weeks, I have given up on the idea that I’m ever receiving the bike I had reserved. I had contacted Pete to ask how long it would take to be repaired and he advised me it would be a few days ( almost 4 weeks ago ) I wouldn’t have minded if he had said from the beginning that it will take 4 weeks but each time I’ve contacted him he’s advised a few days then I’ve heard nothing. So disappointed as really wanted a bike to use during this lockdown, I thought I would wait as Pete has good reviews and I fell in love with the bike. But I could have found something else by now and been out with my family 😔
