Unreliable and bad after sales service
I'ordered an expensive stainless steel water feature (£563) and a protection cover for it (£24.39) in May 2010. The cover never arrived and the lights and pump of the water feature were defect. I've been contacting their Customer Services for five-and-a-half months now and they have been promising to send the goods. I've spoken to two different people who appear to want to help, but the reality is that the cover and replacement lights and pump have never arrived!
