RAMOSKA COOKER
I bought a Ramoska Grand and stainless steel frying pan on Saturday, 6 June and customer service was excellent. The sales lady explained in detail how the Ramoska worked, gave details of how she used her own - we were shown 'extra items' and her recommendation of an item to use with the cooker. She also took the time to go through each frying pan in the store to help us decide which would be most suitable for our induction hob. The store was fairly busy but she remained with us and unflappable. We are very pleased with the Ramoska and the store's customer service.
