Poor service
wave good bye to your deposit, they kept ours because of damp in the bathroom that we had failed to report, even though it was there before we moved in. We also had issues with one of the taps dripping, this turned into a flood but they still took a week to come out, once they did come out they charged us £40 each for damages.

BE WARNED< very HORRIBLE PEOPLE don't use, would not recommend, better to a more professional agency. NOT REGISTER with any letting agency watchdog, USE terrible proactices, and cheap and crappy service. Graduates property management are the worst letting agentcy and agent in Nottingham
