The best Vets yet
Before we got our Puppy, a Cockapoo names Enzo, we researched all the vets in our surrounding area. When we visited the surgery we knew straight away that Churchcroft was the right fit for us. We were greeted by Gabby and Lisa who were both very welcoming and gave us a rundown of their practice. They advised us fully on all the necessary preparations before puppy's arrival. We put our name down and arranged to bring Enzo for his first check up. When we picked up Enzo we noticed he was scratching a lot behind his right ear but did not think anything of it. Monday 10th August 2015 Enzo had his first check up during which time we chose our monthly plan, sought insurance advice and microchipping (we decided on the thermal microchip). The next night we noticed that the scratching was lot more severe and he seemed very uncomfortable, so much so that we decided to call Churchcroft at 11pm. My wife spoke to George, whom we had not yet met and he asked us to take Enzo to the surgery straight away. 10 minutes later we were there. I remember that night, on the way to the vets that I was so glad I had picked Churchcroft among others. When we got there we noticed how great George was with Enzo, despite the very late hour. Enzo received a first class service, diagnosis, treatment and a treat. 10th February after a routine checkup Enzo was given Endogard plus tablets and reacted very badly as we had a late appointment we, again had to call the surgery late at night and as before received a first class treatment to alleviate his discomfort. Six months later for his next treatment Gabby gave Enzo alternative tablets and he was fine. We were then and are always very happy and grateful everytime we visit there and know that the star of our family is in the best hands. Looking back, We specially liked the idea of our puppy attending their weekly 'new puppies' sessions. When Enzo attended his first lesson, he just loved the whole experience so much that we knew we had picked the right vets. Enzo and the other puppies played the whole time and it was really reassuring, heart warming and fun to watch. Lisa was in charge of the sessions and was fantastic, giving all the parents and kids great tips for training the dogs with essential tools. Whenever Enzo visits Churchcroft he is always eager to get out of the car and visit the surgey! I wish I was more like that visiting the denstist! For anyone interested in trying Churchcroft do so with great confidence and know that you will get a very professional, caring and outstanding service in every way. They are always up to date with the latest advancements and will always present you with options, pros and cons and know that when you make a decision it is based on well informed and reliable source. We are always able to park onsite which makes access a doddle. A big thank you to George, Gabby, Julia, Lisa, Becki and Hazelle for their hard and much appreciated excellent work. Frank, Alfie and Bagheera
George and his team have been caring for our dog Frank, cat Alfie and late cat Baggy over the last 8 years. I have always been very impressed with the professional but friendly care given to our pets and would have no hesitation in recommending them. Our dog and cat definitely receive 5 star treatment!

Mum took me to see George when I was a young chap for the dreaded injection but I wasn't a bit scared cos he was great and I got a treat. We became good mates over the years and he really looked after me and helped mum a lot when I got a it rickety with the old arthritis. We were both really sad to leave such a good practice when mum moved to the hills. I've now to titled off the mortal coil and gone onward but couldn't have asked for a better vet than George and Julia and the team at . Off to chase another heavenly stick. Bye for now- Sunny

Homer
We have been with Churchcroft for years, and thanks to George and his team, Homer has made it through many illnesses and is fat and happy in his old age. I recommend George and Churchcroft to all pet owners, they genuinely care about your pet and are helpful, friendly and understanding

Maggie
Both our previous dog Tilly and our much loved 5 year old Maggie have had long-term medical conditions so we have got to know George and his team very well over the last few years! Treatment has always been prompt and first class. The 24/7 emergency access gives great peace of mind too. No hesitation in recommending the practice.

5 star service for my 5 dogs
The staff at Churchcroft vets have been amazing over the past 9 years. Even after moving i still travel 5 miles just to get to them as i wouldnt want me dogs going anywhere else. You feel like a friend not a client and my dogs are given top level care everytime they attend. My boxer dog Gizzie loves the vets so much we have to be careful mentioning the name George at home as she grabs her lead and cant get out the door quick enough!

Rupert the Guinea Pig
George and his team treated Rupert the Guinea Pig for bladder stones nearly18 months ago, we are happy to say Rupert is nearly 5 now and fit, well and happy with no signs of the stones reoccurring. Thankyou so much to George and his team

Toby - Border terrier
Churchcroft vets (George and team) have cared for Toby since he was purchased by my late mother as a puppy, they have always been helpful and understanding with his care and when I took over Toby's care there was never any question of changing vet even though we do not live in the area (9 miles away). All the staff are friendly, helpful and genuinely care about animals.
