don't bother, they dont
I ordered and paid for flowers to be delivered which never happened. When I told them they said they would get them delivered straight away and find out what happened. I never heard from them and the flowers never arrived. I went to the shop again but the florist was out, the assistant rang him and then refunded my money. She did apologise but the florist never rang to explain or apologise in person. I wonder how many flowers are never delivered and the customer doesn't find out?
