The Bank

Quality

Value

The Bank is located in the town centre market place, making it one of the most readily accessible and busy of Mansfield's pubs. It is a thriving, lively pub, with a great atmosphere, both in the evenings and during the day, when shoppers drop in to enjoy a pint or have a meal.On a Friday or Saturday night, you'll see from the outisde how busy this place gets, there's invariably a crowd of merry people thronged outside the doors, either having a cigarette or making there way to the next venue. This is a popular pub to go to for a night out and to get "sloshed." It is a typical, rowdy town centre pub at the weekends. The meals are fairly good, excellent quality and good sized portions, and all at a price you don't mind paying. Main criticism is the choice of dishes is not that exciting. The ambience is comfortable and the furnishings and decor are pleasant, with subdued lighting and cosy seats. My advice is, if you're over 30, give this place a miss on a Friday and Saturday night. If you're still at college and looking to have a great, rowdy night out, give it a go, you won't be disappointed.
