£750 taken for a small dent
I hired a vehicle which a damaged very slightly. Minster Self drive took £750 insurance excess from me and told me they would refund the difference from the cost of repair. This was in December 2012 and since then they have not contacted me or replied to my correspondence. It's obvious they don't intend to refund me the difference between the cost of repair and the £750 excess taken from me. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY.
