My Name is Graham Balmforth, BA (Hons) LLB (Hons), DipFMS Msc (F.Med) and I am a dual-qualified Solicitor and Barrister. I am an accredited Law Society Clinical Law Panel Member. For the last 12 years, I have run the Dental and Medical Negligence teams at the National firm of Applebys Solicitors. I have high-quality experience in litigation of very high-value negligence actions (over £1 million) and I am regularly consulted by other firms on complex legal medical issues. I have run civil litigation at top 200 legal firms for well over 25 years. I am also a postgraduate forensic medical research scientist and this feeds into my work as a medical lawyer.
