The Moors National Park Centre is at the very heart of the beautiful North York Moors and is the perfect place to start any visit to the National Park. Find out about the people, places and wildlife of the North York Moors with the interactive exhibits and take a look at the acclaimed 'Inspired by' art and craft gallery, with its changing exhibitions of work by accomplished artists. Also indoors is a kids climbing wall and 'tunnel' and a great film showing the National Park in all it's seasons. Outdoors there is an adventure play area, and you can walk around tranquil Crow Wood and visit the bird watching hide via the 'easy access' trails suitable for all. There is a lively events programme, the Woolly Sheep Cafe for refreshment and don't forget the gift and gallery shop packed with high quality goods!
