Arrogant
The first time I went into this shop I thought the owner was rude and I put his rudeness down to the fact that he might have been having a bad day- however I have just been in again today and he was just as rude and arrogant as the first time- he barely spoke to me and just held his hand out for the money for the repair with no hello or goodbye or thankyou only a snigger to his friend as I left the shop. Never again will I enter this shop- I would rather walk miles to another than give him my custom. I just wonder how many other customers he has lost with his attitude. Avoid this shop if possible.
