Miserable staff
The women who work in this shop are miserable, snappy and have no people skills whatsoever! I've been using this shop since it opened and have always found the staff to be arsey and stuck up! Some things don't change because yet again, another visit to the shop met with a narky woman with her usual unhappy arsey tone! I don't know why I bother with this shop, they never have in what you want, everything is such a inconvenience to the staff when you ask a question and their prices are ridiculous! Not a happy experience!

Fabulous Bags
I have got one of the Personalised bags and I love it, everybody that I know wants one. I saw some girls in Ibiza with them and asked were they had got them from and they said Scruffy little cat, as soon as I got home I contacted sharon and asked if she would be able to make me some bags and send them to wigan, to which she said no problem, Thanks Sharon I Love my bag

A shining gem...
This shop is so pretty and lovely. The staff are friendly and the shop has a calming atmosphere. After asking people where they had got there amazing bag from i finally ordered my personalised shopping bag the other day, and am now waiting for it to be ready for me to pick up. It is so exciting wondering what mine will be like- no one will have it! Great idea and even a great way to encourage us to go green and not to use plastic bags in shops! Fab!
