In June 1980 5-WAYS Motorcycles opened its doors to establish Hull's first 100 percent Yamaha Motorcycle dealership. Owned by Husband and wife team Frank and Lesley Robinson the original premises were located on Askew Avenue just off the well known "Fiveways" roundabout in Hull.

Success was built on the ethos of supplying motorcycles and scooters with fantastic savings from RRP prices but with the service of a friendly family owned company. The Eighties saw volume sales for both Yamaha and 5-WAYS with the now legendary models of FS1E and RD ranges.

The 1990's started with the exciting development of new premises for 5-WAYS on Walton Street in Hull, based on the site of "Blakeys Motorcycles" where scooters and motorcycles had been sold since the 1940's. Frank designed and quite literally built the 5000sqft showrooms and workshops.

Opened in June 1990 Fiveways Motorcycle Centre set new standards in motorcycle retailing with the new showroooms and the motorcycling press declared the premises "The Best in the North of England" 5-WAYS continue to trade from these premises but now offer an incredible choice of motorcycles and scooter from six of the Worlds leading brands.
