Jarrolds- A Store Moving With the Times
A store which has really changed in the last ten years from being a rather staid, middle-aged dept store to a modern, fashionable equal to John Lewis. It has a wide range of designer clothes for all ages and tastes, excellent underwear dept and a brilliant basement full of stylish homeware. There are three places to eat, all offering a wide choice of food. It is well known for its book dept and large toy floor. The staff are knowledgeble, helpful and pleasant and account customers gain bonuses and extra privilages. There are also events and special evenings held at the store which are very enjoyable. A new extension is being built and that will add to the floor space making Jarrols a force to be reckoned with in the dept store stakes in Norwich

Helping Hand from the Cosmetics Dept
I found the staff at the Cosmetics department to be most helpful. I'm a senior technician at the NNUH Mortuary and requested if Jarrolds could donate some cosmetics in aid of the work we carry out for families of the bereaved we deal with. Within a promised half hour i had a bag of make up ready for collection delivered with a smile. Many many thanks! I'm sure the thanks of the bereaved follow too. Without kindness from companies such as yourselves we would find it very difficult to complete important and life changing tasks for bereaved relatives.
