they initially repaired my sony xa1 for a poor touch responsive screen. returned ok but after a couple of months the fault recurred. they refused to repair this time whilst although still under warranty they do not guarantee their previous repair.

Sent phone back to them in a prepaid envelope from Three They seem to have lost it so Three have tried to charge me over £200 in various fees as they say it wasn't returned. Now about to enter legal proceedings. If ANY phone company sends you a return envelope with this company address on it... REFUSE TO USE IT !! INSIST they give you an alternative address or you will suffer. Sorry to say this form will not submit unless you give them a start rating but I would say they are not even worth the effort of pressing a star

this company is as bad as it can get and Samsung is to blame for handing over its repair centre to this bunch of incompetent people. they sent my phone (S6 Edge) back after almost 2 weeks with a letter stating that after they contacted me (they never did!!) "I rejected the quote for the out of warranty repair therefore my phone is being returned unrepaired", I have never been contacted nor rejected any quotes as I have not received any. After contacting them, they said it was a standard letter originated by the system and that they have actually never contacted me! No news there, they are absolutely unreliable and incompetent, this is the last product I will buy from Samsung, not even I toaster I will buy from them in the future, they don't value their customers at all. Really bad, avoid!!

My Samsung galaxy edge s7 developed a very faint pink vertical line on the screen about 10mm in from the power button side. I contacted Samsung and they arranged for a repair company called A NOVO to deal with it. A NOVO LTD has had my phone now for two weeks. Ive had to ring them three times in this period. The last time i rang they fobbed me off to Samsung tracking services, who then fobbed me off to Samsung customer services, who then referred me back to A NOVO LTD. I haven't know this level of incompetence in all my 48 years on this planet. I have now been informed that the part required (the screen ) will not be in the repair shop for another week. Then I may or may not receive my phone after another week. I have been an avid purchaser of Samsung phones and all their products for years. This is the first time that I've had to use their after customer care service, and care being the operative word. I can also say that "A NOVO UK LTD, has to be one of the slowest and equally incompetent electronics companies that I've ever known, and that's coming from a BSI Electronics engineer. I WILL NOT NOT BE BUYING SAMSUNG AGAIN AND HOPEFULLY WILL NEVER HAVE TO USE A NOVO.

AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL....THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE, I HAVE TRIED AND TRIED TO GET THROUGH SOMETIMES I HAVE BEEN ON THE PHONE HOLDING FOR AN HOUR !!!! THEY NEVER RETURN EMAILS.... DO NOT LET THEM NEAR YOUR PHONE....

Samsung sent my s7 to them for repair to be told after more than 2 weeks it's not covered under warranty due to liquid and dust residue in the USB port thus causing it to overheat???? Come on lads it's a waterproof phone you can do better than that for an excuse. I refused to pay the £90 to fix it and they returned to in a box without any packing or bubble wrap to protect it on transit. They don't answer the phone till after 20 mins and fob you off with excuse after excuse. I'm still pushing for a free repair but samsung won't budge....they say engineers report is final. Everyone trend this company as being hopeless and boycott samsung.

In my 52 years i have never ever been treated as bad as this. They have had my phone (S5 cracked screen but working fine) for four weeks, takes best part of an hour to get through on the phone, keep telling me they are awaiting parts and keep giving me dates that come and go. When i payed for the repair three weeks ago I was told i would have my phone back in four to five working days, not subject to waiting for parts ! I can not believe that a global company like Samsung can be associated with A Novo. When i have contacted Samsung customer services they toe the line with the repairer ! TOTAL SHAMBLES, DON'T EVEN THINK OF USING THIS COMPANY., ONE STAR IS TO MANY !

This is the most useless company ever. it lies to repair phones soonest but takes ages. phone has not come back and have never heard from the company since the phone was sent. BAD BAD
