A wonderful couple of nights spent at Pear Tree Cottage. Very comfortable and clean and the decor is delightful. Everything supplied to make our stay so relaxing. The fridge in the cottage just perfect to chill the wine we took to enjoy after our days exploring Holkham beach. A great selection of breakfast produce , everything cooked to perfection and delicious. Thank you Annie and Steve for your warm and friendly welcome and making our stay very special.

Absolutely wonderful in every way. The accomodation is private allowing you total freedom without troubling the hosts, it is spacious very comfortable and immaculate. Nothing was any trouble for Annie & Steve, thanks again for getting Angela the lovely flowers! Breakfasts were very good, all freshly cooked using what is obviously quality produce, and the ability to sit in such a beautiful garden and enjoy the early morning sunshine is a real bonus. Would highly recommend to anyone searching a quality location from which to explore Nth Norfolk.
