Well Organised
I was reluctant to take a coach trip to Scotland but this tour was well organised with lots of entertainment from Dinshaw throughout the journey. Itenary was well planned. I would highly recommend and will definitely go again with Red tours. Excellent trip for 4 days.

Our Disneyland and eiffel tower and Paris tour was excellent. Our tour manager Nima was excellent. She was very helpful, caring, patient, thorough and kept us entertained. Our 3 Days tour (Belgium - Holland) was Excellent Experience with Red tour. Everything was just Perfect. I would highly recommend to everyone. The Tours Managers Mr Dinshaw Bilimora he was a Highlight of the tour. He is just amazing he entertained us with Jokes and Songs During the Journey and we just could not stop laughing. If anyone looking to plan their Tours then Red tour is the answer they know their job well 👌

Overall the trip was great!
Overall the trip was great! Disney tickets are available till 10AM so it could be informed (next time) so people can get them as soon as they reach there. Sometimes Eiffel tower tickets can be purchased at ground floor itself (as per the staff there) Thanks for the additional lunch on 2nd day. Keep up the nice trips! Thanks.

Great experience!!!
My wife and I both have enjoyed the trip. It could have been better if the Glasgow Museum is included. The coach driver was very experienced and the tour guide Mr.Dinshaw was very friendly and explained well. Further he entertained all of us with his great singing and good jokes making our journey a great experience .

The tour manager was excellent.
The tour manager was excellent. She had a vast knowledge of the city of Paris. I was not impressed with her calm professionalism and the way she was to keep a large group together without heavy, anyone behind.. . .his skill is incomparable and I would certainly recommend this company.

Very Approachable

will not be doing again
This trip was given to me as a gift the Panoramic Disneyland Paris trip, this was my very first coach trip and I can say I will not be doing this again I have to say it wasn’t as we expected, the coach wasn’t very comfortable there were no allocated seats so people were switching as and when they felt like, the toilet wasn’t allowed to be used which on a long trip like this was compulsory, at the hotel we had to wait an hour in the lobby as they didn’t have the complete details and people had to be booked in, the rooms were tiny barely room to stand and the hotel staff were extremely rude after a very long trip we asked the lady on the bar if we could have a cup of tea she didn’t even bothered answering and just pointed at the vending machine which only had coffee, the evening meal included a Indian buffet meal in the basement of the restaurant which had three dishes and pretty tasteless so I asked if there was a kebab shop and was met again with a very rude waiter who had no manners, we were provided with warm drinking water on asking for ice we were told there was none, there were a couple of people in the coach that were delaying everyone and we missed out on visiting the landmarks properly and the shopping, the only thing we cannot fault is the Tour guides Dinsha and Jasmine they both were very nice and entertaining, other than that the traveling, hotel, and waiting for others wasn’t very nice.

Ms. Anila Acharya has been an excellent tour director! She is very knowledgeable about Europe and its history. She has been considerable towards all families on the coach but also ensured. She balances this with professionalism. She gets 10/10 from me. Thank you Anila!
