I was in the Sainsburys car park when my car key decided it didn't want to open the door. I rang first call as they seemed to be local and the guy arrived within 20 minutes. He was polite and seemed very thorough and within about half hour he was all done and i was on my way. I would definitely use again although hopefully I wont have to!

Quick, polite and proffesional. Spot on!
I somehow managed to snap the key of my Honda Jazz in the ignition. Panic! I rang First Call auto locksmiths after a few other locksmiths couldn't get to me that day which I needed as I had to get to work. They came within 35 minutes, and extracted the broken key and cut me a new one by the roadside. Couldn't be happier with how it all went. Would use again (hopefully won't have to!)
