Flat-fee
They work on a flat-fee system. They have this huge book and they look up the cost in the book so you can choose whether or not to approve the work.

They are honest and give you value for your money. They don't up sell anything but they will be happy to give you great referrals of people they trust if they think you need something more.

Skilled Carpenter
I bought a window air conditioner to replace an ancient monster that no longer worked well. It wasn't a simple installation and required a skilled carpenter. That's why I called this company and they did a superb job.

Really Nice Guy
Their plumber was really nice and when I showed him some minor plumbing problems we had in the bathroom, he told me that it was easy and I could do it myself, even explained how to fix it, but also quoted a price if he was to do it.

I've been using them for 2 years
I've been using them for 2 years. Light electrical to repairs around the home like loose handles, towel bars, etc., they have been great.

Paining Job
The work was expertly done, totally within estimate, and they cleaned up really well as the job progressed. On completion, my house was probably cleaner than before they arrived.
