Mould Assessment

Mould Removal from the attic
Well I must say that I'm very impressed!! Prompt and professional service, I had mould in my attic so I called this company and they showed up and showed me exactly what's going on in there and what are the steps of taking care of it, I was educated and my problem was solved! I will for sure use this company again ...

Painting main floor & upper hall of house
Two painters spent only 5 days giving our family room, laundry, front hall, upstairs hall and passage way to the basement a new look -- and that included a change in paint colour halfway through for one of the rooms. They were lovely and trustworthy men

Our painter, was a gem. He was very consciencous about prepping the room thoroughly and .we could not be happier with the final result. I will certainly be getting them back in the new year to do the rest of the house.

Basement drain repair
Within 2 long days the work was completely done with professionalism, communication and at an affordable price. Most importantly is the piece of mind after seeing their work, knowing I won't have to deal with this problem ever again. Thanks again to the owner and his team. You'll be the first guys I call in the future (hopefully with a much easier job)

toilet repair
After struggling with a toilet that repeatedly got clogged over several weeks, I called Victor. He came and took the toilet apart and found the partial blockage in no time. I highly recommend Smart Plumbing.

Quality work
When I read the review I was bit concerned, but still called for a quote. The quote was better than everyone. I tried the chimney first, was amazed with the quality of the work. Then decided to have roof done and skylight changed. Could not wish for better experience. Thanks guys
