Incredible behaviour and unwilling to work
I am Shahidul Islam Mohammad. I live in Southall. I am a regular customer of KFC and I doing delivery work with Deliveroo. Southall kFC is completely different with test and service. Now I did not use Southall KFC . Today 09/07/2023 I received an order from Deliveroo. I was waiting 21 minutes. I saw probably 5 persons in the store. They served another driver and something happened with him . I said Brother I am waiting mote than 20 minutes please give me the order. And than Shift Manager Syed he said don’t give him the order. After that I cancelled the order. But he lost my 20 minutes. I made complaint to the Deliveroo as well. Now I realised who was working that time 22:59 pm. He is unresponsible, I Unrespect-full, and offensively impolite. I will not recommend anybody to order Southall KFC. Thank you everyone

KFC
I eat at KFC quite often you know,probally the most would be three times a month.A lot of people do not come here because its quite filthy inside which is true,i just order here and take the food out.Their chicken is good here and so is their chips,they make some good food here.I just feel the staff need to clean up the mess a lot more here to attract more people here if they do not do that people will stop eating here,its already started happening!
