Fraudulent company stay away.
Fraudulent company stay away. Virgin Atlantic cancelled the flight & confirmed they issued a full refunded back to the travel agent. But Flightcatchers also known as Polani Travel are trying to charge me admin fees and making excuses to delay refund. Its been 3+ months since & I have all the evidence to show this in court. Stay Away!

Review of Flight Catchers, www.flightcatchers.com "DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!!!!! SCAMMERS AND LIARS" Hmmmm! Where do I start. These people are a bunch of liars. My partner and i booked our flight to Bangkok back in June 2011, our confirmation did not come through straight away as promised and we had to email to get our e-ticket which turned up a month later! Everything seemed fine until November when i realised that my name was the wrong way round, my partner who i have been with for over 5 years was the one who made the booking online and he swore he put my name the correct way. Rang up Flightcatcher or polani or carson or comfly or whatever other name they go by to try and sort. I had to make numerous phonecalls for a couple of days and am sure i kept speaking to the same person who was giving me a different name. Finally a 'manager' was available who more or less said to me it was my fault they do not make mistakes and that i would have to pay £140 for my mistake. Having already forked out almost £2000 for the 2 of us to go away i was more or less held over a barrel and had to pay for the amendment (which was not really an amendment it was just putting my name the correct way round). So i paid the money and it was all good until 5 days before we were due to fly when my partner got an early morning call from his bank's automated services asking him to authorise 2 payments; 1 for £500 and another for £742. Unfortunately he authorised the £500 payment thinking it was the hotel but when the other call came through he thought something was wrong and phone the bank who informed him that the payments were both made to POLANI TRAVEL! POLANI TRAVEL had saved his card details and tried to defraud us. Straight away he was on the phone to these jokers trying to say to them his name was not Mr Khan and that he did not book a flight to Pakistan leaving the next day as he was due to be in Bangkok on the Tuesday! These people lied and delayed the process because the bank said they could do the decent thing and cancel the payment but ofcourse they were the ones who nicked the money in the first place so cancelling would mean no money to them. The last conversation my partner had with them was late that evening more or less saying it is too late now to cancel (even though they had all day to cancel) and his exact words were you get the money back anyways through the bank!!!! Luckily the bank did refund the money back to us realising that we cannot be in 2 places at one and that we did not book that flight. So we flew to Bangkok and it was all good until the day before we were meant to leave, some idiot called 'JAMAL' which i am sure is not his real name, left us a voicemail saying we did not have a return flight booked and we should ring him to make other arrangements!! Haha! Not this time fools we rang the airline who confirmed we did have a flight and we arrived home the next day safe and sound. Knowing we will never ever ever use these people again, they might be a bit cheaper but it is not worth all the extra hassle which comes along with it. AVOID AVOID PLEASE AVOID

Distgusting Service
Please for god's sake don't use this airline, their prices may be a little cheaper than others but it is totally worth paying the extra amount and getting the service and peace of mind. I have never written a review as such but these people have made my blood boil so much that it has forced me to! Absolute terrible service, they made a total mess of my ticket (which never got booked) then put me onto another flight which was a major inconvenience to me and still didn't get my tickets sent through till I pestered them. Oh and not to mention the attitude they put up with their sill western names, all there good at is hanging up the phone! Please don't use them!
