Unfriendly and extremely rushed
This is a very tiny salon which would not be a problem if Mr Smith was a genuinely friendly and customer oriented person. He is not. No doubt a good hair dresser (my hair did look fabulous after the treatment) but why he needs to handle customers roughly (I was surprised there was any hair left on my head), why he cannot smile or talk in a friendly tone is beyond my comprehension. We actually booked a junior stylist but ended up in the owner's hands. Normally that would be a positive, not here. The shortest hair wash / hair cut / blow dry / straightening appointment of my life - 25 min and I have pretty long hair. It was so obvious he could not wait to be finished with me. I felt I was bothering him just with my mere presence. I will surely go elsewhere next time.
