Please dont use this company, when things go wrong due to poor materials and workmanship the 10 and 20 year Guarantees prove worthless. They will try every which way to wriggle out of honouring their Guarantees. We had them back to assess their previously treated work. Their own surveyor advised that we still had a problem post treatment and it would cost a further £20,000 to fix, so i submitted a claim which the head office said there surveyor was wrong as he was only trying to sell. These guys are robbers avoid.
