We enjoyed our trip through out. The travel arrangements , accommodation, the sight seeing covered were satisfactory. Are impressed by tour manager Nijesh Shah who controlled the whole trip with professional attitude. He also went extra mile to cover free time by providing escort to see couple of sights not on itenary. Also thanks to Local Japanese Guide of the Tour ( Emico Honda san) whose command and knowledge and patience was excellent. Had a personal incident when a friend of my wasnot feeling well, so had to call Nijesh as unsocial time (5 am in morning). But he made prompt appearance and arranged help. Fortunately the incident did not require further action. But his prompt attention and help is appreciated. Would definitely use Sona Travels again and recomend to friends. Thank you.

Dear Ajay and Divyakumar Thank you for organising a fantastic group holiday and a big round of applause to Vinodbhai for making this all happen. On behalf of Usha and myself I would like to say it was a truly memorable experience. Meeting and sharing time with all group members made for a fast paced adventure. My three favourites being Moshi ao Tunde, Table Mountain and the bonus Safari. Robben Island and Mandela's House were heartfelt experiences. Ajaybhai's dedication and effort for the group were legendary - having started with a surprise birthday cake for me on the first day and Usha's birthday celebration on the last day. Ajay's music skills and contribution were a revelations that we all enjoyed. I now need to get on to reading Long Walk to Freedom and Usha has Winnie Madela's autobiography, bought from the airport. My experience with Sona tour Scotland 4 days was awesome. Everything was well planed and organised. Our tour guide manager sabah and driver mark were really nice persons. Sabah is so cute and caring girl who looked after everyone, she always keeps smiling and keep informing the group about each and every historical facts. We had perfect and comfortable stay in Holiday Inn. And Indian dinner was the best part of this tour. Our Co travellers were so nice that we felt like travelling with family. Scotland 4 days tour. We booked the tour from India, but did not have any idea about quality. But we found it amazing. The whole tour was very meticulously planned, punctuality was maintained, hotel accommodation as well as food was very good. The tour incharge was very well informed, caring, very nice person and respectable. Fellow tourists, though most of them were locals, were also very nice and cooperative. It was wonderful experience, very much worth the cost of tour. We would like to go again with them in future too. We hope to get similar services.

We enjoyed our 4 days Scotland Highlands holidays with nice itinerary by your Company. We had clean & tidy rooms with the best buffet continental breakfast. I had a great time as the tour manager explained all interesting places to visit. Also unlike other tour operators he gave us time to return to coach and ensured everyone was back on before departure. In addition, both the tour manager - Nijeshbhai was very helpful, approachable and had great bubbly personality. He was also very understanding and patience with 2 elderly aunts with me.

Overall it was an excellent tour, Nijesh was an excellent tour manager, he was able to manage some very difficult ad demanding guests. The hotels were good, in good/excellent locations. The only improvement i can suggest is you could try to improve on some of the restaurants providing Indian food; it may be difficult in Japan but they could try to improve the quality, they don't need to provide 2/3 curries, one of a better quality would be fine.

This was the second tour with Sona Tours and I was not disappointed. This tour was really great and would recommend this to everybody. The tour manager was good and handled the tour very well. The walking tour organized was really good. But I feel that the visit to Pompie should also be planned with a local tour guide. Further, Vatican city should also be included. Overall the trip was excellent and enjoyed every moment.

We have just returned from a 23 day tour of S America covering Peru, Bolivia, Argentina & Brazil. Overall very happy about the service and value. Good hotels, good food (almost Full Board), good management and helpful cooperative knowledgeable local guides. Loads of things to do and visit within the itinerary. Majority of the people in the group were vegetarians and well looked after. My wife had a special diet requirement and a particular mention & thanks goes to the manager Divya Shah who personally made a full effort to fulfill this request thru the whole trip! Overall, we had a fantastic time. The guides were excellent and were always waiting for us at the airports and hotels at the time specified. Their knowledge of the area was superb. All the hotels were very pleasant and in good decorative order though in one or two, the vegetarian choice could be better. The itinerary went to clockwork and all entrances were paid for in advance so it was very clear what extras we needed to pay for. Would highly recommend Sona Tours.

To be with unknown persons for 26 days and become acquainted and friends over that period with different age people from whom one learnt a lot, people's different expectations .The overall experience was very good. Ronnie wasn't just a tour manager but was also a good entertainer and joined the group on breakfast and dinner tables making us feel he was part of the group rather then a tour manager.In the group there were a number of people who could entertain be it with morining prayers on the coach, bollywood songs, jokes etc. Overall we enjoyed the trip.The local coach drivers and guides were very knowledgeable and gave us a running commentary.

I believe the overall experience was very good however I would personally say that the locations and restaurants provided were poor I understand you can not eat within Paris and expect to pay what we did however I would happily pay more if the rest taunts were better as it's a crucial part of the package you are offering people are likely to appreciate a nice restaurant. Even if your prices are considerably higher than other tour companies having a better food service would work in your favour and could attract more business. The tour guide were absolutely brilliant and had a great laugh. Hats off to the bus drivers they work very hard and are always welcoming and friendly.

The tour was great very enjoyable , met lovely group of people , our tour hosts Astha and vanesha were great hosts however our evening meals were very basic and the quality of the restaurants were poor, the hotel was really nice but it was quite a distance from Paris , we could have saved time if the hotel was close by the tourist attractions , as time was limited . All in all a good first time experience

It was a good experience going around Scotland with Sami. Time was adequate and the accommodation was good.
