We like to support local businesses, after getting a rather disgraceful snooty reception from a large fancy retailer in London, we came to Sagar and so glad we did. Friendly, honest and professional service was what we got from all the staff at Sagar every time were were in store, and having had them design and supply our ensuite, family bathroom, loft bathroom and our ground floor tiling we were in the store a lot! Misha gives a comprehensive design consultation, listens to client's needs and is aware of trends and styles which suit personalities. Communication is clear; having ordered everything from them from basins to tiles to waste kits to grout, they always kept ourselves and our builder in the loop with deliveries and any information we required. The process from design, ordering and delivery was easy We are so pleased with the items supplied and encouraged to be bolder with our design choices, we have no regrets. Absolutely thrilled with our bathroom spaces and our ground floor tiling.

Great family run business. It was one stop shop for all our bathroom project needs. They had a small showroom display for bath items along with tiles. For anything that was not there in display they had full range catalogue for all make and models. Mr. Sunil was the person whom we interacted with who has abundance experience and has in-and-out knowledge of all the materials and supplies. Once we selected the main items and gave him the measurements, he is able to supply all required fittings for it. They also made our tiles selection simple by recommending few combinations, else we would have struggled to shortlist. You may find the price slightly cheaper in other online shops but those cannot be trusted for delivery or the quality choice of product. Sagar ceramics are also able source the same item that you might find in other shops and can match the price close enough. They were prompt in delivery and all the items were delivered without damage. If you are not very far from the shop it is also easy to collect any additional items or change at your convenience. They were always helpful and was flexible to suit our needs. Would recommend to anyone for one stop shopping and for someone whom you can trust.
