awful!
Price= cheap You get what you pay for indeed. treatments are terribl. facial therapist has no idea about anything shes doing. and she uses dermalogica on clients. she also does nails, shes not even traind in anything there were 2 therapists before when the salon first opened. They were good. knew everything, used to be so friendly. the threading person that was there when i went (i dont know if she still works there) CANT EVEN SPEAK ENGLISH! and the manager the middle aged indian woman, is very fake to people and is very lazy.

when the salon first open i went to visit on the open day in november i think 2011 and the therapists at the time were so professional and friendly, i wanted to have facial but wasnt sure and therapist indian young girl was very sweet, i think her name was kamie, she knew her products, her treatments were so good i felt like new woman..she doesnt work there anymore and i was really dissapointu, i went back to the salon in february and was new therapistm young girl again i think her name was vicki, beliee me, she knew nothing, her facial was poor, i am beauty therapist also, she had no idea about products or why she was using them. i will never go back. she thought i wanted waxing and dropped wax on my sock! the manager nena, i duno who she fink she is , but she talks to all clients as if they are her best friends, asking personal information, all she does is sits on the couch and talks and gossips aout other clients the minit they leave or are in therpy room. for all i know shje could be talking about me when i leave. i felt like i was in a class full of school bullies. The looks were so obvious when they wud talk about clients, i felt so uncomfortable. also hygiene so bad, i notived the bathroom had period blood marks on rim of seat. disgusting. i will never go back but if first therpist reads this one day.. please contact me please! kamie was right to leave, coz salon is horrible.
