absolutley great experience
I had the most brilliant customer service experience I have ever had. I dont think mark is correct in what he is saying may be he had a one off ad experience which could happen to anyone in any store. They were professional in their service provided me with exactly what i needed and i was not pressured at all in to purchasing and interms of the varifocal costs they offer price match service aswell I would highly recommend the store. they have so much choice in frames.

Buyer beware
Thought that they'd be a cut above Specsavers but found out that they weren't the hard way. Sold expensive varifocals that are a disaster but no chance of a refund. Would never go there again.

Beware
Thought they'd be more trustworthy than Specsavers. Got a high pressure salesman to sell me expensive unwanted varifocals. Would never go there again. They should listen to there customers.
