Disappointing after the event
Hired Dave for our wedding in June 2014. In the lead up to it, and on the day especially, he was fantastic. Very accommodating and happy to try whatever we wanted. He stayed late, well in to the night to cover the fireworks we had planned, and the pictures we've seen look great. However, we haven't heard from him now in over a year and don't have the wedding album we paid him for. All attempts to contact him (phone, email, social media) have turned up nothing. We're now left without an album of our special day and can only see pictures online. We haven't received any of our money back either. Bit disappointing really.
