I'd like to think I'm a polite person, as well as my other half (the milkman gets a tip, the window cleaner a cuppa too!). 8 Google reviews giving an average score of 4.1 persuaded me that this company would be less of a risk than an unknown 'out of the paper'. Maybe we got him on a bad day but his manner was terse and we felt as if he was doing us a favour by turning up. By the end of the job he had softened a bit but there was no apology for being initially peevish. I can't say the job itself wasn't good workmanship but it certainly wasn't fairly priced (when compared to what I subsequently found my two neighbours had paid for the same work). Note, we arranged the work to be done several days after we rang at a time that suited both parties. Overall disappointing, can't recommend.
