I have needed to purchase many bathroom items recently. I was using better bathrooms but had a really bad experience with them so I needed to change supplier. I can't fault this company. I'm actually glad I had the problem now as I wouldn't have tried them out. These are better in every way. I placed the order, recieved a call within an hour to arrange delivery. I then called them back to add something I'd forgotten, no problem. The large order was delivered first thing in the morning the next day. The delivery driver helped me unpack and check the items. What I ordered was cheaper. I'm just upset that I put up with poor service from another company for so long. I will be using them again soon.

Having purchased sanitary ware from Victorian Plumbing, delivery was very quick, within a few days. One item however had been badly damaged in transit, and when I contacted Victorian Plumbing, there were no quibbles, no delays, a new item was sent out and arrived in 2 days. The test of any company is how they manage when things going wrong and they dealt with it extremely well indeed. I cannot fault this company and would recommend them to anyone.
