Do not use for conveyancing!
Steer well clear. This incompetent and inconsiderate call centre style solicitors are not worth a penny of their low cost fees. They didn't start enquiries until 2 months into our transaction. Our buyers are homeless now due to the 2 month delay during the 4 month process and this doesnt seem to matter to them. They do not treat customers as individuals as they are more about quantity than quality. We have now had 4 exchange dates set and all haven't happened due to Gregsons delays regardless of everyone else's solicitors being prepared and all ready. Even our estate agent has black listed this company to prevent similar distress and unnecessary delay after delay after delays. I wouldn't even put my worst enemy through what we have been through due to Gregsons.
