Avoid this place at all costs
I purchased 4 deals from GROUPON for this place. one for me and 3 for gifts. My friend and me went for our hair appointments and was booked in for nail and manicure we were going to italy the next day. we got our hair done but the beautician was going home so we had to rebook the resat of our deal, we have tried 3 times to no avail. staff very rude on the phone and liers saying things like the deal is out of date so not covered ect the further 2 packages I purchased for my daughters birthdays for massage and nail ped /man my daughters booked in but had to cancell the appointment when they rang to rearrange was rudley told the deal was ended the cld not reAPPOINT THEY NO LONGER DEALT WITH GROUPON AND WE HAD TO TAKE IT UP WITH THEM . which I will be doing and the owner and the ombudsman. Please DO NOT GO THERE you will regret it im sure.

I would definately recommend Om Shanti to friends and family especially hair stylist Natalie. I wanted a late appoinment after 5pm as i wanted to visit the salon after work, the salon said this wasnt a problem and Natalie stayed late especially for me. I was delighted with my hair and I would definately visit again.

Great Cut and Colour
I went to Om Shanti for a cut and half head of highlights with Natalie. I booked a couple of days in advance and the staff I spoke to were very polite and helpful. On the day of the appointment, I was seen to straight away. The girl Natalie that did my hair was lovely, knew exactly what I wanted and knew what she was talking about. The end result was fantastic and I will definately be going back again.

They didn't even bother to turn up.
Bought a groupon voucher, booked weeks in advance for a monday. I phoned to confirm and they decided to tell me they didnt open on mondays but since i'd booked the day off work and train tickets to liverpool they'd send someone in to do me and my cousins hair. 10am monday morning- our appointment time, nobody showed up. Rang all day, nobody their, left voicemails, nobody answered them. Got home on monday night to a facebook message (i'd previously added them on facebook) telling me that I was the one that didn't turn up and they there were TWO hairdressers there from 9:30 until 10:30 Phoned up off a withheld number (they didnt answer to my number) and after the lady told me that the owner was there from 9:45 until 10:30 and we were the ones not there. I asked her why was I told that two hairdressers were there as she had just said different, and why did nobody answer the calls or the voicemail. She had to admit that they were lying in the end and apoologised. Went back to groupon to get my money back... I would avoid this place like the plague- I actually think I may have dodged a bullet here as if they can't even be bothered to turn up to appointments which they have accepted, then I dread to imagine what their haircutting skills would be like. If there was an option for 0 stars, that would be too much.
