Shocking!
Absolutely filthy! Dog hairs flying around the room. Owner was very reluctant for me to stay with my dog. Later discovered why!! Very rushed seemed to have her child washing and drying dogs (doubt she was qualified as seemed about 15!) will never use again. My dog seemed scarred and the child almost strangled him and the lead was obviously way too tight.
