We dont do the hard sell. We understand moving home is a big commitment and some people need more time than others before making a decision. That's why we pride ourselves in offering as much help and advice as you need, but we never try and push you into making a rushed decision.

We have the most up to date internet site. We have an admin system which allows us to update our website ourselves on a daily basis, meaning we can immediately respond to market changes. We are integrated with Rightmove and Property Finder to ensure our properties have maximum exposure.

We operate a no sale, no fee, no hidden charges policy. We tell you our charges up front and even if you change your mind and decided not to sell, you owe us nothing. So there is no risk to yourself because unless you move there are no fees.
However, when a fee does apply, like many other things you tend to get what you pay for. We offer an excellent service at a reasonable price, we are not a cut price agency. Cutting prices means quality has to be compromised somewhere, this is something we are not prepared to do. When dealing with properties worth tens of thousands or hundreds of thousands of pounds, its not worth taking the risk to save a few hundred pounds.
